World Finals brings Bernheisel Racing to Charlotte

Bernheisel Racing trekked to the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.) on Friday afternoon with Bryan back in the driver’s seat of the Pioneer Pole Buildings No. 119 Late Model for the NGK NTK World Finals. In a field of 48 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries, Bryan’s seventh-place finish in his heat race relegated him into the B-Main. Needing to place third or better to make the opening night feature, Bernheisel fell one spot shy with a fourth-place outing. (Zach Yost photo)

On Saturday, Bernheisel grabbed the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat, which positioned him 14th on the starting grid for the $12,000-to-win finale. Losing seven positions in the 40-lap affair, Bryan recorded a 21st-place finish.
